Sinaloa, Mazatlan

AST | Sinaloa, Mazatlan Surf ToursThis beachfront surf camp just one hour north of Mazatlan the party capital of Mexico sits along side some of the world’s most pristine coastlines.  Sinaloa offers world-class point and beach breaks for surfers of all abilities making it one of Mexico’ s most desired surf destinations without the crowds!  As the original OG tour operator, Sinaloa Surf Adventures provides the ultimate surf explorations in this region of Mexico with nearly a decade of experience.

Set in the small, tranquil fishing village of Las Barres, we provide a place to get away from the stress of everyday life. This overlooked region in Mexico has been referred to as “the land that time forgot” and the “promised land”. In the past several decades’ surfers have flown right over the area for more well-known and overcrowded surf destinations. Arguably Sinaloa has more most world-class breaks per mile in mainland Mexico.

Sinaloa Surf Adventures is owned and operated by a native Mexican “Naty” along with Dave Becker of Southern California. Naty the nuts and bolts of daily operations and surf guru will be your primary host during your stay with local knowledge putting you into some of the most epic surf in this region.

AST and Sinaloa Surf Adventures provide a seamless experience from booking to checkout where customer satisfaction remains our primary goal.

AST | Sinaloa, Mazatlan Surf ToursLocated just inside the Bay of California the area around Sinaloa Surf Adventures is a magnet for south and southwest swells. Ranging from hollow A-frame beach breaks to world-class point breaks, surfers of all ability levels will get a thrill of a lifetime. The point breaks offer truly remarkable waves that can wrap for more than 300 yards. Most of the areas we surf are all sand bottom with water temperatures hover around 75-85 degrees.

There are over 10 surf breaks the camp has access to via our two fully outfitted super pangas or our four trucks. Typically, we send two boats of eight people out daily. All spots are reachable within 30 minutes of the lodge. Due to our crew’s years of swell, wind, and tide knowledge, in addition to our ability to move you quickly, we put you on the waves. Most of the time, it will only be the other seven guys in your group out in the water. Crowds are not an issue in this region.
